The Roverella rents. 2 detached houses in mediterranean style, furnished with elegance and in order to give the maximum comfort; each with 4+1 sleep places: double room, room with 2 single beds, wide living room with cooking area, refrigerator, oven, lunch area and living area with sofa bed, SAT-TV, two bathrooms, both with shower, laundry with washing-machine, wide covered veranda furnished and with barbecue zone overlooking the mediterranean garden with shared swimming pool, equipped with hydromassagge and solarium, reserved car parking in the shade. Winter heating and summer conditioning.
The swimming pool is near the detached houses and it is available only for the guests and for the family that is owner of the farm

Casa Ferrante is a country house restored according to ecological building,that is without cement but only wood and local limestone, water heating through solar panel, recycling rainwater, insulation by cork panel, well water for wc. The house is near a rustic garden with mediterranean trees and bush (carob, pomegranate, laurel, ficus tree, jujube, woodbine, arbutus, salvia officinalis, lavander, walnut, jasmin).There is a large field cultivated with biological vegetables and surrounded by olive trees, evergreen oaks, myrtle, broom and a small lake that collect rain and spring water used in order to irrigate the firm gardens. From Ferrante House you can enjoy of a fine view of the valley and the nature reserve of Irminio river as far as the blu sea of Sicily Channel 3 Km away.
The building has 4+2 accomodation and it is furnished with taste and comfort , double room, room with 2+one single bed, wide living room with cooking area, refrigerator, oven, living room with sofa bed, SAT TV, shower, laundry with washing machine, spacious veranda partly covered and furnished of barbecue, garage into shadow. Winter heating and air conditioning during summer time.

Inside the firm are not available catering service

In the farm and in the surrounding area it is possible to find vegetables and fruit cultivated with biological methods (the availability depends by the period).
