CONDIZIONI DI NOLEGGIO

Cosa non è incluso:
Le tariffe non includono il carburante, multe, danni alla parte sottostante della vettura, alla tappezzeria interna, al parabrezza, o dovuti alla non osservanza delle norme del Codice della Strada da parte del conducente. Restano inoltre a carico del locatario, le spese in caso di smarrimento dei documenti e/o delle chiavi del veicolo locato.
Età minima:
Per il noleggio il conducente dovrà avere almeno 25 anni e non superare il limite dei 75.
Validità patente di guida:
Il conducente dovrà esibire una patente di guida in corso di validità rilasciata da almeno tre anni.
Pagamenti:
Per il noleggio dei nostri automezzi dovrà essere esibita una carta di credito finanziaria (si accettano carte di credito internazionali American Express/Diners/Visa/Mastercard).
Deposito:
Al momento del noleggio verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale pari all'importo del noleggio, del pieno del carburante e delle franchigie non deducibili.Tale deposito verrà rimborsato nel caso in cui la vettura non sia stata rubata e venga riconsegnata integra e senza danni. A tal fine il Cliente dovrà presentare una carta di credito a lui intestata del tipo American Express, Diners Club, Visa o Mastercard. Non saranno accettati depositi tramite Bancomat o Debit Card.
Carburante & Servizio rifornimento:
TuttI i mezzi sono consegnati con un pieno di benzina o gasolio. Nel caso in cui non fossero riportati con il pieno, verrà addebitato un supplemento di € 11,00 + Iva 20% per il servizio di rifornimento oltre al carburante mancante.
Ritardi:
E’ prevista una tolleranza massima di 59 minuti nella riconsegna della vettura (escluso le formule speciali quali tariffe week-end o noleggio a lungo termine) oltre la quale verrà addebitato un giorno di noleggio extra.







GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What is not included:
The rates do not include fuel, fines, damage to the underside of the vehicle, the interior or windscreens, or for any damage incurred whilst the driver was not observing the highway code.
Minimum age:
For rental of our vehicle, clients must be between 25 and 75 years of age.
Driving License:
The client must have held their license for a minimum of three years.
Payment:
For the rental of any of our vehicles, the client must be in possession of a valid credit card (Amex/Diners/VISA/Mastercard).
Deposit:
At the time of rental, the client is required to leave a deposit to cover the cost of the rental, fuel and CDW and/or TLW deductibles. The deposit will be returned to the client providing the vehicle has not been stolen and is returned with a full tank of fuel and has not been damaged. To this end, the client must present a credit card (type Amex/Diners/Visa/Mastercard) in their name. Deposits may not be paid by bancomat or debit card.
Fuel and Refuelling Charge:
All of our cars, are delivered with a full tank of fuel (petrol or diesel). In the case that the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, a charge of Euro 11,00 + VAT (20%) will be applied in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.
Late returns:
For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 59 minutes is allowed (with the exception of our special formulas such as weekend and long-term rentals) after which, an extra days rental will be charged (at our local rate in operation at the time).
